The Roche Employee Action and Charity Trust, known as Re&Act, is a legally independent charity which augments existing company structures and processes for corporate social responsibility. It was

• Created in response to strong employee interest for the means to collectively support pressing humanitarian needs.
• Designed to harness the resources and know-how of the corporation while garnering the commitment and generosity of Roche individuals and affiliates across the organization.

Re&Act welcomes your comments and inquiries. Please use the contact form to contact us. Re&Act is designed to be flexible, transparent and proactive. Incorporated as an independent charity, it is a resource to capture employee and affiliate engagement for selected needs and projects.

The primary purpose of Re&Act is to receive, administer and distribute voluntary financial contributions made by staff of the Roche Group, to leverage relevant company expertise and competencies and to monitor and review the projects funded.

Donors beyond Roche are welcome to support our efforts within the programs and initiatives determined by Re&Act.

As created by the company in concert with employee interests, Re&Act does not accept requests for support or fundraising by other external charities or causes. Unsolicited appeals will not be funded.
